A study was performed on the improved microwave Hall effect measurements method of semiconductors. A biomodal cavity resonator and a two-channel vector network analyzer were used. The reliability of the proposed method was confirmed by comparing the Hall microwave and dc measurements for several samples. The method was suitable for the the determination of the magnetotransport properties of the semiconductor materials.
