Abstract

Civil liability in Europe has gone through a process of permanent transformation. During this process, new cases of civil liability have arisen due to the creative work of judges and the intervention of legislators. In recent years, we witness a process to harmonize the law of damages, with the appearance of European texts that seek to provide compensation solutions to the problem posed by damages that arise, above all, in contexts of risky activities, defective products, damages generated by a business organization, among others.
