Principles of Global Health Project Management

Global Health programs and projects require robust project management as they are often extremely complex due to their technical contents, sensitive issues addressed, political and social environment where they take place, multi-stakeholders expectations and interests, timing, and funding. Therefore, mastering the project management cycle, adopting the right tools, and playing at its best the role of project manager are of paramount importance for organizations and institutions involved in Global Health.
